1General Terms & Conditions

DB 10 (db10.click) is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between DB 10 and all its registered members.

You must read these terms in full before using DB 10's website, mobile app, or any of our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

1.1 Scope of Services

2Account Registration

A valid account is required to access services on DB 10. You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

2.1 Registration Terms

• Each individual may create only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• The name, address, and phone number provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• Keeping your account password secure is entirely your own responsibility.
• Any changes to your account information must be reported to DB 10 immediately.
• Transferring or lending your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Account Security

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, contact our support team immediately. DB 10 is not liable for unauthorized use of an account unless it results from DB 10's own negligence.

3Age Verification & KYC

DB 10 reserves the right to verify your identity and age at the time of registration or at any subsequent stage. As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, the following documents may be requested:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership
• Selfie or live verification (if required)

Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is complete. Providing inaccurate information may result in account suspension or termination.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 2–10 minutes.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Each withdrawal is typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be restricted or cancelled without completed KYC verification.

5Bonuses & Promotions

DB 10 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus carries its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members get a 150% bonus on their first deposit.
• A 30x wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Claiming the welcome bonus more than once from the same person, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Reload & Cashback Bonuses

• Reload bonuses are available on specific days or under certain conditions — see the Promotions page for details.
• Cashback is generally credited on a weekly basis.
• All bonuses apply to legitimate gaming activity only.

6Betting Rules

All betting activity on DB 10 is governed by the general rules below. Additional rules may apply for specific sports or games.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the event is called off.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, DB 10 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the specific event and market.
• Odds may change rapidly during live betting.

6.2 Event Cancellation & Changes

• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If an event's date or venue changes, DB 10 will determine whether the bet remains valid.
• If a match is abandoned mid-way due to rain or any other reason, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the relevant sports rules.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on DB 10 and will result in immediate account termination:

1. Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
2. Registering with false information or concealing your identity.
3. Attempting to abuse bonuses or exploit the promotions system.
4. Placing bets based on match-fixing or insider information.
5. Placing bets using automated bots or software.
6. Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal transactions.
7. Harassing other players or DB 10 staff.
8. Attempting to hack or carry out a cyber attack on the DB 10 system.

8Account Suspension & Termination

DB 10 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months).
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

Upon account termination, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned; however, if fraud is proven, the entire balance may be forfeited.

8.1 Self-Closure of Account

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion is also available as part of our responsible gaming options.

9Limitation of Liability

DB 10 is not liable for the following:

• Loss of a game or bet due to internet disconnection.
• Issues caused by third-party software or devices.
• Account credential leaks resulting from user negligence.
• Service suspension due to government regulation or legal requirements.
• Natural disasters or other force majeure circumstances.

DB 10 always strives to resolve technical issues promptly. If a technical error affects the outcome of a bet or game, DB 10 will investigate the matter and make an appropriate decision.

10Changes to Terms

DB 10 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website. For major updates, a notification will be sent to your registered email or via SMS.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms. We therefore recommend reviewing this page regularly.
